Holy cow has it been a long time since I've posted something.
All I can say is I have missed blogging and it's summer!

I know, looking at this you think an amateur got a hold of some ingredients.. and you're right!

I have never successfully been able to make perfect looking sunny-side up eggs.. These are okay, right? I mean, nothing's perfect?

This is really a typical breakfast for me though because it's fast and easy and is nutritious.

I have a really bad habit of eating ice.. I know, bad for my teeth.. But I figured to cure that temptation I'll just eat some frozen fruit instead. That way I can have the best of both worlds! :D
I've been trying out the bread you see here- it's a five-grain brand and it's actually quite tasty. I still don't eat the crust though, haha.

AND NO DAILY MEAL IS COMPLETE WITHOUT....

My coffee.
I've been really aiming to start tasting and trying new coffee grounds. So why not start with my favorite coffee place?

Starbucks is love. Starbucks is life.
Haha, just kidding.

I just recently purchased this cup from Starbucks and I absolutely LOVE IT. Even though it's a Venti, it gives me all the coffee I need. :)

And this blonde blend is pretty tasty too.
I'm hoping now that it's summer I'll be posting and blogging more frequently. :)

Evening Snacks

This one of my favorite snacks to make. :)

You need:
~ Yogurt (of any kind)
~ 1 Banana
~ 1 Peach (I used Saturn peaches)
~ Honey
~ Cheerios (or your favorite cereal)

Cut up the banana and peach, add the Cheerios, mix, then drizzle the honey on top.

It all makes for a delicious and healthy snack :)

~ Pickles

Kind of a random breakfast, but oh so delicious!

Caffiene and Cheese.

Sounds good right?
It looks good too!
This morning I woke up late which resulted in me rushing to get out the door and I unfortunately didn't get the chance to eat breakfast.
Crap, right?
Lucky for me my college has a little cafe that I go to.. Well, almost every day.
This morning I had a breakfast cookie- I threw away the wrapper and was too hungry to remember to take a picture- along with what you see here, an Iced Peppermint Latte and a Triple Cheesr Bagel.

I LOVE these bagels so much, I buy them a little more than I should.. But oh well!

I've been ordering Peppermint lately because I've been constantly thinking about Christmas..

I know I know, it's not even summer yet, but I love Christmas SO much.

So for me it's just a little reminder of the fact that it'll be here soon enough :)

My Iced (Caramel) Coffee/Mocha Recipe :)

My Iced Coffee is really more of a mocha, but it still tastes awesome!

What you'll need:
1/4 Tsp. Torani Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
1 Tsp. Truvia Natural Sweetener (optional)
2 swirls/circles Hershey's Lite Syrup (also optional for the chocolate lovers)
Almond Milk-Unsweetened
Folgers Gormet Supreme
And of course, Ice

1) Brew any coffee of your choice (I stick it in the fridge afterward so my ice doesn't melt)

2) Put ice in a cup (I prefer crushed iced) and pour the cold coffee in the cup. I usually fill 2/3 of the cup up with coffee, so there's room for Almond Milk.

3) Add a couple swirls of chocolate syrup, a 1/4 teaspoon of Caramel Syrup, a teaspoon of Truvia, and fill the last 1/3 of room in your cup with delicious Almond Milk.

4) Stir it and drink up! It won't last long :)

Morning Consistencies

This is what my morning consists of.
I just woke up and took a nice, cleansing shower and now I'm currently eating and reading.

For breakfast this morning i'm having Pomegranate Oatmeal with some Iced Coffee- my typical breakfast. :)

And the most important part of this whole picture- the reading!
I am taking my first online class, which let me tell you is anything but easy!
At least the textbook gives lots of modern day examples so you really understand what's going on.
My class is called State and Local Governments and so far I've actually been able to put my strength of writing into action, as we're supposed to write reading responses along with partaking in discussions as a part of our 'participation' points for the class.

Anywho, my first online test in this class is due tonight so I've got lots of studying to do!
I'll have to find some creative ways to study to help me out a little.
I'll post any I can think of. :)
Off I go!

I found this on the ground yesterday..
At first I saw it and just walked right by it, but ended up walking back to go grab it.

The reason why this is so cool to me is because I've never seen one with such resemblance to a rose.
It makes me want to paint it red..
But I won't- That'd ruin the natural state of its beauty.

Just another reminder of how beautiful nature is and how wonderful God is for creating it all :)
